Introduction
Today the Tourism/HomeStay industry is one of the fastest growing industry& attracting many, from the nook & corner of the world.
It has tremendous scope and future. Especially in MYSURU,Karnataka, its impact is very much essential as lots of Tourist places are left uncovered. We ha e forests, Reservoirs,Lakes,Hill stations,Rivers, Temples etc., unfortunately the same is not developed up to the mark .
Due to lack of infrastructure facilities, tourists are not getting attracted to all these places. If the same places are developed with good infrastructure facilities, much places become famous & attractive tourist places and can attract a lot of tourists. One such tourist place is MYSURU and,in Mysuru there are many tourism places like Mysore palace, Chamundi hill,Jaganmohan palace & its art gallery,Museum,Zoo etc., and Mysuru being at the CENTER ,other tourist places like Sreerangapatna,K R S , Nanjanagud etc., are there within 50kms radius and they are also very famous & Attractive places.
About The Promoter
Mrs Shivamma S R w/o Jayakumar S, is an educated & well cultured entrepreneur & she is also a good Host. She is very much interested in Homestay project as she used to host lot of guests and Yoga students in Moscow, Russia, where in her husband Sri Jayakumar was a Yoga teacher, representing India & worked for JNCC, EMBASSY OF INDIA, MOSCOW between 1995 to 2000. Even now, at the present present premises she hosts Indian & Foreign yoga students from different parts of the world.
Her husband runs an International yoga school, which is affiliated to Yoga Alliance , USA. She is blessed with two children, daughter is already an Engineer working in White field ,Bangalore, and the son is in final year engineering at SJCE, Mysore.
The promoter is interested in starting HOME STAY with the support of Tourism Department for this purpose as she has good experience in this regard.
Our Facilities & Services
As it is already mentioned in the introductory part there is a need for establishing this type of Homestay with fully furnished rooms with kitchen attached , with or without breakfast. If the guests wish to cook their own food it is welcome.The promoter is well planned to provide very good breakfast, and if necessary lunch &dinner too on prior request by the tourists.
It is close to highway road of Mysore-MADIKERI/Mangalore. The location of the Homestay is very much convenient for the tourists to spend their holidays . By establishing this type of Homestay in this area Karnataka Tourism will attract more and more Tourists to Mysore.
Mysore has been declared as the no.ONE CLEAN CITY, in future there will be more and more tourists visiting Mysore, and the visitors seek all the facilities provided by the promotors. The promoter is also having the interest in providing the facilities of travel desk for tourists to go around the tourist places nearby
